Founded in Serbia and Montenegro, the company started as a Steelcase dealer. Steelcase, as a global leader in office furniture, was a perfect fit for our focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We quickly established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry.
During this period, we expanded our product and service portfolio to better serve our clients’ evolving needs. By introducing a wider range of high-quality products and innovative services, we reinforced our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
This strategic move allowed us to reach a broader client base and introduce our high-quality products and innovative services to new markets. Our expansion strengthened our market position and demonstrated our commitment to growth and excellence.
In our first year of regional operations, we established key partnerships, expanded our customer base, and launched new services. This period was marked by significant achievements and set the stage for our continued growth and success in the region.
We partnered with Cycle to develop advanced software solutions, including CRM, LOM, ERP, DMS, and INTRANET platforms for Delight Group and other clients. This collaboration combined Cycle’s tech expertise with our industry knowledge to create integrated systems that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
We launched our Delight Growth Strategy, a bold plan for 2023-2027, aimed at driving innovation, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sustainable growth.
